In a rare case ,If you receive an item that is defective or damaged, please report the issue within 48 hours of receiving your order. To facilitate the process, send clear photographs of the problem along with your order number. Ensure that the item is unused and in its original packaging. If your return is approved, we will submit a damage claim with third-party courier, and once processed, we will proceed a refund or replacement. Please be assured that we do not dispatch defective or damaged items, as all products are thoroughly checked before shipping.
